Teacher Sock Sunday Post: Money Mastery & George Washington!

Hi teacher friends,
Happy #TeacherSockSunday! 

My feet are feeling positively presidential today! SockSmith from Santa Cruz, California sent me these striking George Washington socks to wear for this week’s post! These novelty socks are incredibly soft and so fun to wear. I browsed the SockSmith website and they have hundreds of creative socks that are perfect for educators! 

This week’s resource is all about money, money, MONEY! 

Students create their very own informative 23 page Money Mastery booklet, teaching how to master the skill of counting money! This booklet contains in depth descriptive pages of pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, and half dollars. Each page shows how many coins equal a dollar. Students will test their knowledge by cutting and pasting coins to match the piggy bank value!
